On a serious note- Gwalior is not that bad, they do have some genuine demands and needs but the problem is they start crying for Premium Trains when they're introduced instead of focusing upon Halt of Normal Superfast Trains and introduction of dedicated trains.
Since they have a Political Clout strong enough to get a Duronto and Sampark Kranti halt over biggies like Agra and Prayagraj then getting a dedicated train shouldn't be a big deal for them.
