Well, let us rate this train....as per my recent experience....from Barddhaman to Kolkata....on 23rd January, 2018....

Cleanliness: 3/5
O.B.H.S. was present and they did clean the overloaded dustbin after the train departed from Barddhaman. They also cleaned all the dirt from the floor with a mop. But, the bad part was that there was no water in taps.

Punctuality: 3/5
This is probably the weak link. The train is still jostling for priority on its route (got delayed by 2:45 hrs. between Guwahati and Goalpara Town on this run). The Wednesday slot means that it will have a tiff with Agartala HumSafar on every run. Expect an average delay of one hour. Thus, if you want a punctual run, you may have to think twice before choosing this train. But, if you are looking for an afternoon arriving overnight train from Guwahati other than the present ones, then this train is the one.

As my journey was from Barddhaman to Kolkata, so naturally I did not have the pleasure of getting any catering services from the train. But, by the looks of it, there was no On-Board Catering Available. Just rely on vendors for food (like I had a luchi and aloo dam lunch box).

Ticket Availability: 4/5 (for Reservation)
You should get tickets for this train if you book little in advance, but be assured that the demand is on the rise, so booking few weeks in advance is ok for the time being.

This is an issue with this train. Did not see a single R.P.F. taking rounds.
