interested toh hai. because December tak koi bhi officer nominated nhi tha. but abhi ek month mei state has atleast nominated. but local news shyd interested nhi hai

See this. Its of 30 nov 2018. And inthis lapse state has shown interest and nominated the officers. But Land aquisition is not a major challenge but work speed is.
