Need a help regarding how to get the SL and SU? I have tried opting for the SL & SU in berth preference but I don't know why I always end up getting LB & MB!!

Normally in situation where possibility of remaining of current availability berths is there (may be due to high HO quota or something like that), normally RACs end up in SL berths. Have got it 3-4 times in SL, 3A, 2A.
