I recently travelled in 12964 Mewar Express between Udaipur and Nizamuddin in Sleeper Class boarding at 1815 hours from Udaipur City station.
For the first time I ordered the food by the "order service" in Mewar Express, completely not related to Pantry Service, and catered by restaurant i believe.
They charged me ₹120 for a veg thali. *They do not provide any Non veg options, so the veg thali is only thing you can purchase.

The Veg Thaali consists of 6 items, which they change regularly as decided by the selling restaurant. Namely- Roti(3), Rice, Yellow Dal/Sabar, Paneer, a dry sabzi with Gulab Jamun(sweets).
* Rotis- The roti were kind of thick and moderately warm, which is kind of understood because meal is made before hand, but 3 nos is enough to satisfy your tummy. (2.5/5)
* Yellow Dal- It was not Dal exactly, it was sambar as it had tangy taste to it, a bit spicy but completly upto the mark. (5/5)
* Dry Sabzi- It consists of Fried Jeera Potatoes which were oftenly packed during school lunch tiffins. It was the best part of the meal, potatoes were soft and well cooked. (5/5)
*Paneer- Well i cant say it a paneer dish, because it only consisted of Peas and small traces of paneer, and it was super spicy. So if your taste cant survive spiciness i would recommend not to even taste it, it gave me an hiccup in the first bite. But it was completely okay because i cant resist spice. (4/5)
*Rice- Rice was of good quality, a jeera oil boil given to it and easy to eat with the saucy dishes. (5/5)
*Sweets- Gulab Jamun was really soft and warm, as symbolising it was made in a good hotel. (5/5)

The food was provided with a plastic spoon, and a nice plastic cutlary made of various chambers so that food would not mix to each other and packed with numerous rubber bands. (4.5/5)

Finally Conclusion/Rating- I would high recommend passengers to buy this veg thalis, comparitively over The pantry food like Egg/Veg Biryani and Cutlets as they are too expensive and charge ₹100 for Biryani with less quality, when you can get a wholesome meal at good quality for ₹120.
They take your order when you reach at Mavli Jn around 1900hrs and start distributing food at Chittaurgarh around 2000hrs. The staff is really cooperative and friendly they will provide you food whenever you ask them. Overall rating for food and Catering Service is 4/5.
