It's not because of being special trains sir, regular run via Dhanbad undedi coal fires valla specials ani name cheppi vere route lo tipputhunaru.. and sc/hyb nunchi velledi takkuva delay thone veltadi mostly like 2,3hrs.. akkada start ayedi little delay tho start ayi gaya Mundu apestadu(don't know why) that delay goes on adding and 12hrs + daka veltadi ikkadiki vachesariki... anyway there's no dire need for those trains in that slot.. bpq varaku same slotas sc ngp express, and bpq-g-raipur route and bpq-ngp-g-r same slot for these trains so aa timing adjust cheyatanki bpq lo half an hr stop istadu
Trust me aa seven hills, Darbhanga rakes tho pedithe kampu kampu aidi for sure :D
