The time table is not pre-poned, its postponed. so no question of missing the train or compensation.
My Question Was If Passenger Reached Station At 21:45 Considering Departure Time 21:58 And Train Already Left At 21:37.... My Question Was wrt To Advertisement That Train Will Depart At 21:58 On 24/03/2019, Train Left Early Against What Was Published In News Paper
time was not revised for any station officially, since it was a trial run except for originating stn.(where only departure time was declared). if you followed ntes, status of run was showing delayed/rt in all stn. as per original TT.
