Divert it to Karaikal.
Two reasons.
1. Karaikal is not in Tamilnadu and it is in Pondicherry U.T, so that U.T, Capital connection is ensured.
2. Technically a loco reversal could be avoided, which is an operational constraint and can be speeded up..
