As per relocating of CORE office from BBS to SBC so may be these region stretches will fall under New SBC CORE office/ jurisdiction..
⏺️Ginigera - Gangavathi & Bagalkot - Khajjidoni lines are under construction. So RE might not be sanctioned for these lines. Even Rayadurgam - Kadiridevarapalli RE is also not sanctioned
⏺️Hosapete - Harihar & Alnavar - Ambevadi (Dandeli) lines have not been opened for passenger trains and future of these lines is doubtful. So RE might not be sanctioned

If they will they can do RE also with new line construction but again they don't feel its useful to invest so soon for RE on these lines..
Yes. IR will do RE on priority. They will not do RE soon for branch lines with less importance
