wht are the chances of getting W/L 3 and 4 in 2nd AC from JBP to SC for 6-Jun in train 2792 getting confirmed?

Your local quota is only of 3 berths which indicates dependence of your ticket on the master quota. Yet, there also, WL 20 has been issued.
Chances go lower.
Keep track till 3rd evening and if disappointed, better to seek for Tatkal options.
