Do not be so proud man. The same menu is being served in the train 12244 Coimbatore - Chennai central Shatabdi express (toilets stink because of slow flush or no water). Shame on the indian railways.
U should have made a complaint rather than posting here and I clear one thing when I went in tejas all maintained well food was also good so I posted a Positive review here....Don't make a decision by seeing only one train like whatever u said and blame IR...Hope u understand.
