3AC mahamana coach bahut km bne h.. bcoz railway still using 3ac old icf coaches..
2ndly NR is not interested i think to add 3ac coach.. even they will get.more revenue from Mahamana express due to 15% extra fare but still not added till now..

But ya one thing I can assure. Mahamana Sleeper Comfort > Old ICF Sleeper Comfort !
