Yes Quota of Gwalior, Dabra, Datia has fair availability. Jhansi has strict waiting.
Same in case of Gwalior Barauni Mail.

Maybe not Varanasi but Allahabad is definitly required same in case with Gorakhpur,Patna, Muzaffarpur
