Both BSP and CKP divisions have been given huge targets of profits and in many occasions trains like Duronto, Rajdhani are stopped in order to pass Goods trains. They also gave few examples when and where Rajdhanis were stopped to pass Goods trains. So Blocks plus Goods is a factor in this area.
