Hi,
If a connecting train is missed due to the very late arrival of the first train, what are the options for the passengers holding a confirmed e-ticket for the connecting train?
Is there an option for refund or being rebooked on another train, especially when all the later trains on the said route are heavily booked and waitlisted?

U have to contact station incharge in the case & if he permits, u can board other train leaving towards ur destination!!
For cancellation of E-Ticket, u have to file TDR, after 24 hrs of train's departure!!
