Some Running staff mostly Guard/Driver/TTE only knows about the route in which they travel they do not know the routes/RSA/CC of the trains that takes some branch line that crosses their home station. but managed by staff of some other station's staff.
There are more examples like this!!
New Employees in the Inquiry following the running status of the trains in their own system, showing the train have left ROU, she is unable to write the Expected time at CKP, asking Passengers how much time it takes from ROU to CKP!!! Where as passengers are checking Where is my train :)
