apart from e tickets and i tickets,can anyone kindly guide me,regarding what are the cases where there is NRF...no refund across the counter? Are there cases where Money is sent to home via courier or something similar like delayed payment across the counter?

Missed a train. Sent the ticket and TDR form signed by me to the Zonal office(I had sent it MAS as I had missed Kovai Ex). Later got DD/Cheque for 50% of the fare.
can you date this incident? But now there is instant refund for prs tickets where one has missed the train...
