I feel SER needs a huge restructuring of its trains and rakes available and pitlines available to reduce load on santragachi CDO.
1. Pitlines should be built at Purulia, Digha, Bokaro and strengthen the pitlines at Kharagpur to reduce load on santragachi CDO.
2. Change and arrange TT of all its short distance Intercity trains in such a way so that max RSA to be done and shift all short distance intercity trains PM to PURULIA, BOKARO, DIGHA, KHARAGPUR, TATANAGAR, HATIA. So that No short distance intercity trains needs to enter...

santragachi or Padmapukur CDO for maintenance.
3. Built new stabling lines at Sankrail stn and keep all spare coaches there to make santragachi CDO area vacant only for running trains maintenance. Built more pitlines there.
4. Remove SRC Electric Loco Shed from Santragachi CDO and built new CDO somewhere at a new place between Santragachi and Mourigram stn or at any new place to make santragachi CDO conjestion free.
I think in comming days maybe this TT of july SER specially SANTRAGACHI and Padmapukur CDO will get around 4 new trains. This is my calculation no proof. And this will increase day by day as santragachi is going tobe developing in new terminal station more and more trainz will start running then what will SER do then...must start thinking from now, I hope SER official are already also thinking on this.

Sir i am not aware of these feedback portals i am a ordinary man..u can post these post on my behalf if u think these are good point i have no issue.
Infact u wont believe before joining this group i was not aware of many railway words like what is a reck, what is primary maintenance, etc infact still i do not know many i am learning many railway terms from this site and also english still i use translation to read and write many hard English from this site. But i want to say in few days i learnt many things from this site.....i haven't gone to any long distance travel as you know my travel is from Bagnan...
