From last 5 years massive changes we have seen
.
I was really upset with past CMs of UP too who were busy in making elephant and their village with all un necessary things..
Varanasi and Agra are major hub of tourism in India
Still...

we have to developed these both city..
Varanasi basic infrastructure was too much poor earlier
