Why Railways is not introducing LHB coaches in 12163 and 12164 trains?
This will reduce the travel time and Seat availability also will increase

They will give. But it takes some time due to production constraints and priorities.
So far CR has got only train newly LHBfied this year (11203/11204) as per site updates.

More rakes will come in the second half of the year. Dadar CDO is yet to get its first LHB train. Would be good if this one gets upgraded.
