Do you think there should be a maximum cut off distance for Non-SF M/E trains? For example, if I say "Maximum cut off should be 2000KM" then it means beyond that distance only SF trains should be operated and no M/E (supercrawler) should be operated beyond 2000KM.

Agree.. This is actually implemented in various routes already ages back, for example TN started as a faster alternate to GT, coromandel started as faster alternate to mail, Geetanjali started as faster alternate to mail etc..
