We Traveled By 13130 Yesterday. Firstly This Train Only Runs 172 Kms. Hence, Never Actually Runs Like An Express. Our Train Reached Khulna From KOAA 10 Mins Beyond Schedule. Hence, Departed 10 Mins Late From Khulna Itself. After A Halt At Jessore, We Reached Benapole Border On Time. Immigration Check Was Done In A Smooth Manner. Both Bangladeshi Armed Forces & Immigration Staffs ( Bangladesh Check Post Police) Were Well Behaved & Have Shown Tremendous Hospitality. Porters Were Available With Trolleys To Assist With The Luggage. And Mind You..The Service Was Free Of Cost At Benapole. A Porter Even Assisted My Mom To Get Down From The Train Since The Platform Was Lower As Per Indian Standards.

2. Arrogant
3. No Wheel Chair Was Available For My Mom Who Has Problems In Knee'
4. Slower ( Compared To Bangladesh Immigration Both At Dhaka & Benapole)
5. Asking Stupid Questions To Indian Citizens Who Are Returning Home
6. Misbehaving With Passengers
7. The Exit Road Towards Cab Stand Is Completely Dark With No Lights.
8. While I Raised The Issue In Twitter, The Series Of Excuses & Blaming Games Started In Twitter Itself
These Dumb Immigration Staffs & Armed Force Personnels Should Be Sent To Bangladesh To Learn "Hospitality" & "How To Behave" First
