After creation of SCoR and separation of VSKP from ECoR, now ECoR should have own ELS for P class locos at one or two locations. Also centre should approve creation of another Div. either at Jharsuguda/JSG or Rourkela/ROU into ECoR jurisdiction.
I know that Rayagada is going to be a new div. under ECoR. But, my point is for Rourkela & Jharsuguda areas which should be in ECoR.
