Ajmer Sealdah Express with #offlink Kanpur WAP4. A memorable incident regarding this was,The drivers were taking turnout at atleast 70kmph over a 30 kmph restricted turnout (maybe they missed the signal). The train was stopped by emergency break after almost half of the rake crossed the turnout.

I have said "maybe"... It is an assumption from my side. The home signal was obviously double caution and the platfrom starter indicated turnout . The brakes didn't had fault i suppose,bcoz the train continued fine towards Sealdah as seen in video attached (recorded on same day by respective owner). So it may be assumed that there was some human error.
