Why src is having high rise panto graph when there is no high rise section in or nearby SER and it won't be operating in NWR or WR after electrification. GZB and BRC locos having high rise panto graph makes sense but SRC doesn't.
Its not necessary that this loco ( for any instance ) won’t visit a high rise section so for that case
WBL85-HR is a High-rise pantograph. The regular WBL85 is not a high-rise panto.
This looks like a regular WBL85, which is being fitted on many locos recently.
But as someone else already pointed out, there is no harm in fitting locos with the high-rise version of WBL85 instead of the regular version, as that will enable them to use the locos in the high-rise areas as well.

You have to keep your locos future proof and that's why that panto is on there... Plus in future ER trains will have to come to PBR to RJT or any NWR train so now they are fully ready...
