why INDIAN RAILWAY , has auctioned the cloakroom service to private parties in NEW delhi , DELHI & NIZAMDDIN ,Mumbai CENTRAL , vijaywada , secundrabad etc to private parties ?? THEY ARE CHARGING Rs 30 /BAG FROM CUSTOMERS WHERE AS IN DEPT RUN CLOAK ROOM IT IS STILRs 15 ,? NO RECEPIT IS GIVE BY THESE PRIVATE CO FOR TE EXCESS AMOUNT CHARGED WHY ARE INNOCENT TRAVELERS ARE BEING CHEATED .HOPE HON MINISTER SH PIYUSH GOYAL CANOOKINTOTHIS
