Lgd was first wap 7 holding shed of south India since 2008. It has 103 locos. No other sheds of SCR have wap 7s . Look SR, RPM ELS started in 2010. It has 100 locos. Even ED also holds WAP7 . RPM is restricted to south India TN AND KL. Totally SR HAS more than 250+ passenger locos wap7 and wap4 together. But LGD is seen working all over India. Still it has 103 locos only. KZJ,GY and BZA Dont have wap 7 locos . SCR has only 160+passenger locos which cater to karnataka ,ap , Telangana, tamilnadu,kerala . At the end SCR dont have enough locos to cater the zone we use WAG7 AND WAG9 for Express trains.

dls is only shed to have WDP 4D IN SCR . only 40 are there which work for SCR ,SWR ,CR,KR . At the end SCR use WDG 3A locos for our prestigious trains Also. This attitude needs to be changed.
My suggestion is to allot WAP7 to KZJ,BZA,GTL ELS. SCR should have at least 200plus WAP 7.
Allot few WDP 4D to MLY and KZJ sheds so that we can use them in NED, KCG railway divisions.
All Express trains in SCR should run with WAP7 OR WDP 4D so that they can maintain schedule.
