As rake was not avbl, RB has directed WR to handover 12954 August Kranti Rajdhani Exp rake which arrived MMCT on 08 Sept 2019 to CR on an urgent basis.

For being daily it will need 3 rakes right? As for PM it will not have sufficient time if it's with 2 rakes to be run daily.
CR had applied for Daily Raj.... RB sanctioned 4 days a week. Most probably Reason is terminal constraints at NR end.
