Anara is not well connected with nearby cities like Tata,Ranchi,Bokaro,Dhanbad etc. But Purulia's connection is better
No question of New Zone's HQ in any city of West Bengal. It sud only b in Jharkhand.
Why ? Jharkhand m krna hi hai to Jamshedpur m hona chahiye it is best of best okay .
Jharkhand m Sabse jyada profit & passengers & important Railway m Tatanagar hi hai .okay proposal bhejna hai to Tata k liye bhejiye .

But I believe forming zonal HQ in a small town like CKP is better option, as a new city can develop at the same or may be less expenditure than building in Ranchi or TATA. Good Hospital, School, market will come up at the cost of the Railways, where as these facilities are already present in Ranchi and Tata. So a new city can develop without State's aid.
Note tht I am not in favor of forming more zones, but if HQ is shifted then it must be a small town according to me, see BSP, Hajipur, Jabalpur, VSKP, these are not sate capitals.
