Bilkul agar auto wale ko samajh aa gaya ki ye local nahi bahar ka hai to unko thagne ka mauka mil jata hai.
No it's not and nobody pays that much for a sharing auto that too in Patna. It seems either u r talking about a reserved auto or someone got conned by the Auto driver.
