OR should get a continous supply of ALPs because many ALPs and LPs lose the mental stiffness while dealing with people/animals/debris on tracks while driving. Some lose it because continuous goods duty which can extend over 8 hrs (IR stipulated 5.5 Hrs max before a break but is not followed and may go beyond 12 Hrs.). Exactly wih passenger LP/ALPs. You need to work with the knowledge that you may not return as per scheduled duties, but consider lucky that reached home safe.
