Few such stabling lines for parking SM trains of SRC needs to be built between Santragachi and Mourigram stations.All SM trains like Kriya yoga exp, Steel exp, jyaneswari exp, howrah-hapa,azad hind, hwh-tiruchirapalli, hwh-kanyakumari exp, etc trains can be parked there.
Yes...it is really needed because SRC has not enough space either for locos or rakes
I think SER can shift SRC Loco shed away from SRC CDO. They can built new loco shed at some other place . Now SRC CDO is too much crowded with new locos r also alloted to SRC also lhb rakes comming for many trains also.
The Electrification work on KGP loco shed started and it must be completed very fast and then transfer half of the SRC WAP4 to KGP Loco shed as soon as possible. It can reduce some load on SRC also.
