12810 HOWRAH-MUMBAI CSMT MAIL TO RUN WITH LHB COACHES
South Eastern Railway has decided to convert first rake of 12810/12809 Howrah-Mumbai CSMT-Howrah Mail with most sophisticated and modern LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches instead of existing conventional coaches w.e.f 21.10.2019 from Howrah and w.e.f 23.10.2019 from Mumbai CSMT.
12810/12809 Howrah-Mumbai CSMT-Howrah Mail will have the revised composition of one First AC coach, two AC-2 Tier-coaches, four AC-3 Tier coaches, eleven Sleeper Class coaches and one General Second Class coach. Last SLR coach is for RMS. 40 seats will be occupied !...

Now majority of Genral compartment passengers will board SL class as only half GEN coach. People travelling in SL class no use of paying money for reserved ticket.
Can you do a seat comparison on how many seats have increased?

2a - +12 (in old coaches 46 seats, is 48 seats then, +8)

Various long distance trains like udyan, siddheswar, CSMT ASR Express, LTT HW AC SF, do without any pantry car nowadays, the food is loaded at some major station for passengers.
