Let them first take off with the two corridors from Delhi they have been saying on papers from years then we IR can think of others. They have announced third line between Gudur Vijayawada Kazipet Ballashah and Vja Vskp about 5 yrs back work is been carried out in Tenali Gudur sector till now and cannot see even ground leveling in Vja Vskp line. They is no use of declaring projects when they are no starters and enders.
