Though the Importance of DLI is equal to NDLS still there is such huge difference (or Partiality) between these two in terms of Amenities, cleanliness, etc. I personally feel DEC is better than DLI.

yeah, agree that dli is treated by below par by dli div regarding amenities, cleanliness, accessibility...
but delhi cantt se comparable bhi nahi kah sakte.itna bada junction hai yard hai , itna resources involved hain
