Running via CHN will further increase time, as it is a single line route. Better to increase stoppages at STP, SPN, RMU and more aggressive TT is needed. Max 7.30 hrs total.

But Via CH train are very less hence Train getting Priority on this section and MPS 100+ Hai so Aggressive time diya na sakta hai...

How much is the RMS on BE-RMU-MB track? I think that shifting to a single line and 20 kms more will further increase time taken.
