Yes, JS enjoy the same priority as Shatabdi Exp. JS is a boon to common people who cannot afford AC CC in shatabdi/Janshatabdi. Very nice concept and all thanks to Nitish Ji , he gave this gift without compromising the category of train i.e., Shatabdi. If they could include catering (optional) in the fare it will be great in long run. :)
Miss the old livery though of Shtb/JShtb (*_*)

What will I do with coaches agr train hi late pahunch rhi h.. Rajdhani is faster and more reliable in terms of punctuality. Yes , Livery should be different for all trains. But yes they hardly matter for anybody.
ICF CBC coaches are the same as the 'conventional swiss techno' coaches. They just have a CBC coupler instead of a screw coupler. Everything else is exactly the same.
CBC coaches are not built separately. Mostly conventional coaches go to a workshop where they replace the screw coupler with a CBC. They have the same design problems as conventional ICF coaches.

Note that the maintenance problems have got nothing to do with AC or non-AC. In fact, maintaining AC coaches is more difficult than maintaining non-AC ones.
Higher speeds require more rigorous maintenance (this is not about having later technology, it's just a physical limitation), which means that the staff have to spend more time on maintenance for each rake. This is a problem for depots handling maintenance for many trains. So, they tend to prioritize the more important ones, usually fully A/C trains.
