We should have link having authenticated trains list which are LHB-fied with date with latest at top, new composition and no of rakes effected, Similarly, authentic latest route to be electrified should also be listed in separate blog with details like RKMs etc

Why not?
It will tell priority of train.Think of scenario five years from now where Railfans will discuss why this train was not given LHB before that train.
