Most probably overnight.. but wont be benefitted..
It will have less end to end pax if not run upto katra, if it runs only till jammu then it will be use by intermediate pax

You are right...in case it doesn't run up to Katra it might not be as fruitful... even then intermediate stations will ensure occupancy for this train. There are 8 (CDG/SASN, LDH, JUC, BEAS, ASR, BAT, GSP, PTK) big stations enroute and couple of them are not connected to state capital at all by rail. It will be first connectivity between them
It can run 6 days week as follows uptill Katra

BAT, GSP will get first time connectivity to state capital. Its high time railway think of connecting all left over towns of Haryana as well to Chadigarh. Even after 50 years of creation of haryana many of Cities of haryana are poorly or not connected with rest of India. Even whole big dist of Sirsa, Hisar, fathehabad are not connected to state capital.
