It is good to know that electrification is going in full swing in KR. Hope doubling work is expedited. I feel KR must be made a separate zone with Madgaon as HQ and 2 divisions Mangalore and ratnagiri Divisions. I agree minimum 3 division are required for creating a zone. This can be made unique so that they have there own Rakes since they are sharing from SWR. When zone is created they can start more trains
KR is already a separate zone with Karwar and Ratnagiri divisions
Please note KR is a corporation. It is not a zone. Zone will have better control and they will have their own rakes etc. Now KR is taking rakes from SWR
