SCoR has not started operations yet or any word from any top railway officials in form of press statement or order. As Vskp has Loco Change for trains going passing by the loco coming from SR and SCR are sent back for going trains towards BZA while Vskp SRC loco are used for HWH and east side trains. It is purely an operational issue then regional or zone biased.
