In the case of those passengers whose surnames are big like mine, the entire surnames do not appear on the reservation chart because only 15 letters or so of a passenger's name can be accommodated in the reservation chart . In that case the TTEs cannot verify the the full names of passengers having long surnames while checking them with their ID card. I think the chart should be made large enough to accommodate the entire surname of each and every passenger. What is your opinion?
