12215 DEE-BDTS Garib Rath Express hauled by TKD WDP-4 40019 furiously skipping Palam.
I've seen the alphabet 'B' being erased-off from the locomotives. Maybe it's one of such cases, but I'm interested in knowing the reason behind it.
Don't know the reason...but still from the numbering its wdp4b and be tagged as such
