I travel in this train in many sections like katra-panipat, panipat delhi, panipat jhansi and also reverse
So the thing is that the general is always crowded since katra as well but sleepers were empty and trains gets most of passenger from punjab, haryana and then full from delhi as intermediate pax also available till delhi due to perfect day time train between jammu delhi section

Local pax board from KKDE to palwal enroute at all stations in sleepers and i never see any TTE will say anything to them

Any number of waiting cnf from svdk, jammu till delhi in any class
.
Train act as fast passenger between SVDK - JAMMU as local pax board this train with GN tickets
.
Food is perfect and completely veg food available
.
Train has now new dress hence amenities increase .
