Lets hope IRIMEE in bihar not to become a dummy centre , As IRIMEE at JMP will be there but possibly the most of the things will be done and monitered from Lucknow. As lucknow has RDSO and other better rail based infrastructure and then Railway can esacape and say it as it is internal matter to them . It mayy be hypothetical but due to politics it can't be denied too.
