When was the last time in the history of Indian Railways that trains lost direction and landed up in the wrong destination? Seriously asking.

You're just seeing the negative side of the picture. Jhansi station pe hi jaake blog news dekh lo. Maine post ki hai har din on average 1700 migrants apne stations jaa rahe hein.
Imagine they are just 1 day late and reached rourkela. what about migrants which were covering distance...
