Government of India has Fast Tracked Construction Criteria of Bharatgarh Bilaspur Himachal - Manali - Rohtangla - Leh - Changla & Sevoke -Tistabazar-Rangpo Railway Line Projects. KRCL who had constructed KR & JKRCL who are working in JKR along with L&T & SwissRail given full green signal & authority to progress with Work.

Highest Railway Station : - Changla at Elevation 5036 mtrs, 16522 ft. Will b the 2nd Highest Railway Station of The World. Railway Line to Changla will branch from Hemis towards China Border.
