Seeing alocos of other shed at CSMT for first tym since DC AC conversation
I also knew this as per new circulars DUW requires train requires permission from GM. But they have not mentioned such that home zone diesel loco can run freely under DUW. They have only mentioned their DUW requires GM permission. Still Udyan link is not upgraded.
Any such official statement had been not out that Udyan link will be upgraded. Dont know why CR is not doing towing system between DD WADI line. When Link for udyan like train if link gets upgraded then for other we can express we can expect.

Towing system is done for DR MS Exp and CST NCJ express
Yes for few trains they are doing same just like Katni-Satna. Now Katni Satna is electrified and CRS is pending. Anyways I have seen personally at Solapur.
