It will be the case when all pvt trains will be allotted through irctc
If pvt trains are alloted directly, then irctc have to reduce its share (even irctc may not be able to provide catering in those trains).
Also if players like paytm/jio get a good number of trains, they can start ticket booking directly from their app. There are many possible scenarios. We have to wait and watch a little bit.
