As far as diversion is concerned,then yes,it's not gonna be diverted.
But who told you that Spj-mfp-hjp section is main line section. it was providing loop for Delhi-up bound trains from north east India due high congestion on mainline(Bju-pnbe-mgs).
Now importance of SPJ-MFP-HJP section has been reduced after completion of BJU-HJP section.
Actually mainline is BJU-HJP-CPR not BJU-SPJ-MFP-HJP.

ha vo to number of trains dekh ke hi pata chal raha hai kon loop line hai kon main line hai.

Your so called mainline is just a alternate route. even longer route than others.in upcomming years NFR will have shorter route for Delhi, via Saraigarh-Nirmali-SKI-DBG-SMI-RXL-NKE-GKP.

Saraigarh-Nirmali-SKI-DBG-SMI-RXL-NKE-GKP.This route have 3 loco reversal plus it will take many years to become operational.so Bro,stop thinking that this route will ever become a mainline.
